Alværn gard
Mjølkebua is part of the old barn, and has been converted into a cozy and nice apartment of 22 square metres. The apartment has a comfortable sofa bed for two.
Sofa bed, kitchen and dining area are in one room. There is also a small extra bedroom with a bed and bathroom with heating cables. Own entrance and cozy patio with furniture and afternoon sun.
This apartment is well suited as an overnight stay when passing through or if you wish to spend a few days by the Sognefjord.

There are duvets and pillows for the beds. Bed linen, sheets and towels can be brought or rented. We rent out hotel bed linen. If you are going to rent bed linen, we need to know this in advance. We highly recommend a trip with the Express Ferry (Ekspressbåten) Lavik - Bergen - Lavik, or from Lavik into the Sognefjord, to Balestrand/Flåm. Check routes and prices on Norled's website.
Alværn gard has 4 separate rental units. Most of the outdoor areas are shared and can be used by all guests.
